MCCS Libraries are open 365 days a year, providing educational and craft programs for tweens, teens and adults, along with story times filled with stories, songs and crafts for children of all ages. We also provide accessibility to technological programs and online resources such as downloadable books, magazines, periodicals and musical concerts.

The MCCS Innovation Lab at the Camp Foster Library provides an opportunity for the military community to learn about 3D printing, virtual reality, robotics, drones, electronic die-cut design creation, LittleBits prototyping and much more. Exciting programs highlight the opportunities to learn and use new equipment. Visit the MCCS Innovation Lab and broaden your horizons in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM)! Weekly Adult Programs MCCS Libraries offer virtual and in person adult programs with topics varying from writing, Japanese language, to art and technology.
