The Semper Fit Health Promotion Program aids service members and their families in achieving optimum health and wellness through group fitness, wellness briefs, unit PT, the HITT program, and more. Make an appointment with our Wellness Team! Wellness educations provide resources that empower you and help you stay on track. Please note we are able to support a max of 10 participants with the current COVID-19 restrictions. Individual, Group, or Unit appointments available:

Instructor-Led HITT Classes! MCCS Health Promotions hosts morning and lunchtime High Intensity Tactical Training classes at each major camp, Monday through Thursday.

HITT Small Unit Leaders Certification Courses

This program will give leaders the knowledge to coach safe and effective workouts programmed by our highly qualified HITT team. Open to Active Duty Marines and Sailors, E4 and above.

Spring Fit Camp Fit Camp is a 4 to 6-week fitness program designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Each Fit Camp is developed and taught by MCCS certified personal trainers.
