The volunteer workshops are developed to expose volunteers to the opportunities on island and the benefits of volunteering.

Volunteer Ready: Volunteer Management*

This training is for anyone who accepts and manages volunteer services to learn the key skills of Volunteer Management to include; recruiting, retaining, and recognizing volunteers. Participants also learn how to encourage professional development for volunteers.

L.I.N.K.S. Workshops

L.I.N.K.S. is a military acculturation program designed by spouses to help meet the needs of all military personnel, families, and DOD ID card holders.

The L.I.N.K.S. for Spouses workshop is designed for spouses of any age and experience level. Come meet other spouses, network and share experiences at this one-day workshop.

Each workshop provides different and valuable information that can be used at work and at home.

Real Relationships

The challenges of a military lifestyle can place many demands on Service Members and their families. This two-hour workshop provides practical information and tools to enhance healthy relationships through improving interpersonal skills such as communication, conflict resolution, and setting appropriate boundaries. Real Relationships shows participants how to identify the hallmarks of a meaningful relationship and how to build skills to make theirs stronger.

Premarital Seminar Ever y Second Friday of the Month Camp Foster, Ocean Breeze

Premarital Seminar

The seminar provides an in-depth look at the procedures for getting married in the United States or overseas. The seminar also hosts information regarding IPAC benefits, legal services, immigration procedures, financial partnerships, and basic communication strategies (PREP).

Attitudes and Actions

This class will encourage military members and their families to maintain a positive focus and be engaged in their homes, at work, and in their communities. The class will stress self-advocacy, power of choice, resiliency, and encourage participants to think differently about the impact they have on any situation.
