Taking Care of Marines, Sailors and their Families.
December Tip of the Month from FOCUS (Families Over Coming Under Stress): The holiday season is fast approaching. Parents are busy making holiday preparations and children are busy making lists. During the rush of this holiday season, let us remember to take notice of the people around us and those we love. This means we shift our focus from shopping to spending time together, sharing memories of the past and making memories for the future. Fostering family rituals and traditions can make the holidays especially meaningful for both parents and children. If a parent is away, family rituals can also support family closeness and consistency that is important for children of all ages. If you’d like more ideas for enhancing family closeness and support throughout the year, please contact FOCUS. Main Line — (843) 228-6618
