A word from Team Chauncy Naremburn residents are seeing firsthand how resilient the local property market is despite a general softening in Sydney-wide property prices. Our strong commitment and local market knowledge saw us achieve some very healthy results, including setting new suburb records for both a townhouse and an apartment in 2018. Overall there were 56 townhouse and apartment sales across the suburb and we continue to serve a growing portion of the Naremburn market with our share of these sales increasing from 24% to 47%. Not only do Naremburn residents recognise the value that our team delivers, but the industry also. Peter was awarded the 2017 REINSW Salesperson of the Year; this recognition for excellence is hotly contested by sales agents throughout the state. He was also ranked
number 10 in the Real Estate Business Top 100 agents Australiawide. The year wasn´t all about business though, it´s great to give something back to the community that we live and work in. We´ve had a lot of success supporting the Willoughby Community Preschool. Through our referral program, Easter BBQ raffle and the annual dinner dance fundraiser, we were able to help raise over $35,000 for the school. We´re really looking forward to getting even more involved in the community in the coming months with some new and exciting initiatives.
