Welcome to my end of financial year report, the spring market is upon us! The local market has seen some exceptional results over the past financial year (2015/2016). In the last 12 months McGrath has consistently kept a 90% auction clearance rate in Randwick and we averaged 28 days on the market for our properties. The median house price in Randwick has increased to $2,100,000. This financial year my team and I sold 53 properties in the area and kept an 88% auction clearance rate. Daily we pride ourselves on placing the right people into the perfect homes for them. We are very focused on exceeding our client’s expectations each day. I firmly believe that who you choose to work with in today’s market is critical to the outcome of your real estate sale or purchase, engaging an agent who has a vast understanding of the local market is imperative.
