During the first six months of 2018, the Bilgola Plateau market has proved to out-perform a number Sydney suburbs and there have been several examples of street records, record bidders at auctions, off-market sales and large turnouts to opens. The medium house price has performed well across the following suburbs during the past 12 months. Bilgola Plateau (5 %), Avalon Beach (5.9%) and Newport ( - 6.7%).
Bilgola Plateau’s medium house price has risen to $1,700,000. The forecast for the next six months is likely to see an increase of properties coming to market and a slight shift in buyer sentiment. However, with such strong sales results, the Bilgola Plateau market is likely to continue to outperfrom the general Sydney market.
