“selling your home even if it is the 14th sale in your life is always stressful and rarely something you consider doing yourself. after being referred to heath by Mcgrath’s Director of sales who himself is/was a very successful agent i knew i was on a winner. even so, i went through a round of interviews with a short list of agents. heath came out on top as he showed clear identifiable believe in the value of the property. this belief became critical as the campaign wore on and rather than waver, this belief became stronger. it was ultimately that strong belief that made the sale possible at what was without doubt always a big number to obtain.
