A modern Middle Eastern restaurant set in Rouse Hill’s historic Mungerie House, Meze Me is a unique dining experience on many levels. Darren Pettit, head chef and owner of Rouse Hill’s Meze Me, is no stranger to Sydney’s fine dining scene with one of his major influences in food being the completion of his apprenticeship at the Ritz Carlton. Working alongside top international chefs and heading up the kitchen at Kazbah both in Balmain and more recently Top Ryde, Pettit has developed a passion not only for the flavours of the Middle East, but also the way in which food is shared with family and friends.
