The 2013/2014 financial year saw some remarkable results as my team set new price benchmarks in Naremburn with a Talus Street home achieving a suburb record $2,305,000 at auction - breaking our own record from 2010. We also broke the price record for a semi-detached property with a home in Grafton Avenue selling for $1,600,000. There were a total of 79 properties sold in Naremburn for the year with McGrath successfully negotiating the sale of 60 of these. In fact, we sold 15 of the top 20 sales in Naremburn for the year. That’s a 77% market share, but it doesn’t stop there.
