We witnessed amazing price growth through the second wave of Covid mid way through last year, continuing to May 2022 Now, with interest rates on the rise, we are certainly seeing adjustments, but overall Naremburn continues to outperform the general market. In the year leading to July 2022, the team sold a total value of $301 million worth of property, which included eight out of the top 10 house sales in Naremburn We set 12 new street records across the suburb, and sold the highest priced house (2 Quarry Street $5,000,000), semi (11 Slade Street $3,050,000), townhouse (24 Lawson Lane $2,780,000) and 2 bedroom apartment (30/252 Willoughby Road $1,791,000) for the financial year. With results like these, it’s no wonder we ’ re the number one agency for sales in the 2065 postcode and with an auction clearance rate of 90%, an average of 20 days on the market, and an average house sale price of $3,310,095.24. These outstanding results saw Peter ranked number 12 agent in Australia by Real Estate Business. In between negotiating record sales, we ’ ve continued our long association with Willoughby Community Preschool. One of the highlights this year was raising over $6,500 for the school.
