PACMED® HC
Designed for high volume operations, PACMED® HC is a high capacity pouch packaging system that enhances productivity, efficiency, and convenience. The all-in-one concept with verification allows production with fewer interventions. By analyzing the prescription data, the internal robot in PACMED HC optimizes the canisters needed to dispense in advance, minimizing the manual preparation of exception drugs. Canisters are properly sized to accommodate the high production rate.
With two separate packaging lanes, PACMED HC can simultaneously produce up to 60 pouches per minute on each side.
PACMED HC features an integrated PACVision system for internal inspection, ensuring that every pouch packaged is inspected. With a compact footprint, it accelerates pouch filling and verification while requiring less labour, and offering superior efficiency compared to standalone pouch packaging and verification robots.
