Wind Orchestra, Wind Ensemble and Mustang Marching Band Sunday, 11/13/16, 3 p.m., Harman Hall It was not until the 20th century that citizens of the U.S. began to have a significant impact on the world of art music. Since then composers Charles Ives and Percy Grainger, conductors Michael Tilson Thomas and Leonard Bernstein, as well as performers Louis Moreau Gottschalk and Van Cliburn have made a clear mark on the history of classical music.

The Wind Ensemble and the Wind Orchestra pay tribute to these and other American masters. Also experience something that is uniquely American as the powerful Pride of the Pacific Mustang Marching Band fills the hall with dazzling arrangements performed at football games throughout the fall in Spanos Stadium.
