A Grade:

Gabrielle Barlow (C/WA/WD) - As the captain, Gabby leads by example, inspiring her teammates with her dedication and performance. Her leadership and tactical awareness make her an invaluable asset to the team. Gabby is known for her exceptional physical strength, making her a formidable presence on the court.

Carissa Bulmer (GA/WA) - Thommo's amazing speed allows her to swiftly navigate the court, outpacing opponents and creating opportunities. Her capability to quickly turn and release the ball under pressure is outstanding, facilitating smooth and effective attacking plays. Thommo's relentless determination is second to none.

Natalie Sampson (GK/GD/WD)

- Nat's ability to effectively read the play makes her a strategic asset on the court. She excels at turning over the ball with timely intercepts, disrupting the

opposing team's flow. Despite her friendly demeanor, Nat's competitive edge and sharp instincts make her a formidable opponent.

Ella Park (GK/GD/WD) - Ella's amazing speed allows her to cover the court effectively and keep up with fast-paced plays. Her long reach and strong defensive techniques make it challenging for opponents to get past her. Despite being new to the Rovers, Ella has seamlessly integrated into the blue and white squad, quickly becoming a crucial component of the Rovers team.

Chloe Way (WD/GD/GK) - Chloe utilizes her agile ability to jump and attack the ball, effectively gaining possession. Chloe's invaluable communication skills ensure that her team is always well-coordinated and focused. She is a vital asset to the Deniliquin Rovers and loves a challenge.

Chloe Brown (GA/WA) - Chloe is an

accurate shooter, consistently making crucial goals for her team. Her razorquick speed allows her to swiftly move around the court and evade defenders. Chloe's ballerina-style turns help her create space and effectively drive to the ball.

Hazel Glowrey (C/WA/WD) - Despite her young age, Hazel's netball skills are impressive and far beyond her years. Her grit and determination are her biggest assets, driving her to excel on the court. Hazel loves nothing more than winning the ball for her team.

Abbey Wills (GS) - Abbey uses her strength to her advantage, making her a formidable presence on the court. Her determination allows her to consistently find space under the ring and convert scoring opportunities with ease. Abbey's ability to mix up her attacking game keeps defenders guessing and enhances her effectiveness.

Rovers GRAND FINALS

Georgia Van Lieshout (GS/GA) (captain) - As captain, Georgia steadies the ship, providing direction and stability to her team. She uses her speed and power to her full advantage, making impactful plays. Georgia drives hard on the court and is known for her accuracy in the ring.

Isabelle Mcilwain (GS/GA) - Bell is beautiful to watch on the court, showcasing her ability to move or hold to gain possession. Her skills are at a high level, making her a technically proficient and reliable player. Bell works seamlessly with her teammates, enhancing the overall cohesion and effectiveness of the team.

Jackie Thorpe (GD/GK/GS/GA) - Jackie has the ability to play effectively at either end of the court, adding flexibility to the team’s strategy. She provides a unique X factor to the game, making a significant impact with her ability to read the play. Jackie’s versatility, skills and insightful play make her a valuable asset to the squad.

Brittany Kirby (C/WD) - Brit’s understanding of the game is exceptional, giving her a strategic edge on the court. She combines clever decision-making with impressive speed and strength. Brit effectively directs play, attacks with power, and is skilled at winning back the ball when necessary.

Montana Muldoon Leetham (WA/C) - Montana has a strong presence on the court, commanding attention and influence in play. She drives hard to the ball and towards the circle edge, demonstrating determination and intensity. Montana feeds her teammates with precision, enhancing the Rovers offensive effectiveness.

Montana Jones (C/WA/WD) - Monty’s cheerful and positive attitude is a hallmark of her personality on and off the court. Despite her positive demeanor, Monty is highly determined and gritty when it comes to winning the ball. She compliments her teammates with her high work rate and excellent court awareness.

Georgia McCulloch (GK/GD) - Georgia boasts an impressive vertical leap, allowing her to contest and win the ball effectively.

She has the ability to effectively shut down her opponents and uses her speed to intercept and cut off balls down the court.

Sophie Dudley (WD/GD/C) - As a first-year player, Sophie wears the blue and white with great pride, embodying the spirit of the Rovers. She is a determined defender who commits fully to every position she plays. Sophie consistently gives 100 per cent, demonstrating her dedication and hard work on and off the court.

Olivia Park (WA/C/GA) - Olivia is a pocket rocket, utilizing her dynamic speed and sharp change of direction to drive effectively to the ball. She excels at finding her teammates with precision passes, enhancing the team’s offensive coordination. Olivia’s energetic play make her a crucial and impactful player for the Rovers attack.

Rovers GRAND FINALS

Mollie Leetham (captain) - A very dependable player, Mollie is a strong leader and consistently offers guidance and support to everyone on the team. Her ability to control the play of the game in the midcourt has been pivotal to our team's success. Mollie has been our key Wing Attack player this year with her passes into the ring being firm and consistent, coming from a shooting background Mollie is able to read where the shooters are intending to play before they’ve even set themselves up.

Jemma Kerr (vice captain) - An experienced, smart and strong midcourt player. Jemma’s ability to read the plays of her opponent and guide our players before a play has even been made has been the key to our midcourt players. Jemma has the ability to run out a whole game in Centre and control the entire game but can also play either Wing position and make just as big an impact.

Lauren Butcher - A dependable and consistent sharpshooter. Lauren’s accuracy is undeniable. Her ability to shoot from anywhere in the ring makes it very hard for her defenders. Lauren is able to create much needed space within the ring as well as having a strong hold on her players.

Millie Joice - Returning player to the club Millie very quickly found her place in the ring. Her ability to move around

her defenders and her accuracy and consistency makes Millie a bombshell in the ring. Millie is a smart and efficient shooter, consistently making space in our attacking end.

Abby Whitehorn - Our little pocket rocket. Abby’s ability to move through the court and create much needed space has been a vital part of the team plays. She is effectively able to move between all midcourt positions easily. Abby’s presence is always felt when she’s on the court and isn’t to be underestimated.

Emma East - Emma is a strong and consistent defender. Her ability to hold her player and her reach for intercepts has made her a defender to watch. Her ability to effortlessly swap from Wing Defence to Goal Defender or Keeper makes her a very versatile defender.

Olivia Wells - Newcomer to the club Liv effortlessly found her place in the midcourt. Liv’s speed and consistent ability to stick to her player has made her a very strong player in our team. Liv has improved every week and has taken everything asked of her in her stride and has become an exceptional player.

Jasmine Dean - Another newcomer to the club, Jas is a sassy and speedy player. Constantly annoying her opponents by always being with them and getting countless intercepts. Jas will put her body on the line and is always there to back up

her teammates. She has shown her ability to be best team player and even with a broken ankle taking her out for the second half of the season she was the voice on the sideline every week cheering the team on.

Prue Meharry - Prue is an experienced and strong defender, constantly in her opponent's space making it hard for them. Her ability to hunt down loose balls and rebounds makes her a defender shooters hate to come up against. She consistently give 110 per cent every game and has one of the best pick me up chats with the team to make sure everyone keeps their head up.

Kelly Thorpe - Kelly is a very reliable, calm and focused defender. Holding key position in Goal Keeper Kelly is the calm our defending ring needs. She is always creating countless turnovers, effectively shutting down the shooters and keeping them out of the ring and always puts plenty of pressure on her opposition.

Carissa Holmberg - Carissa has the versatility to play any position. Her accuracy in the goal ring and ability to create space and hold her player has made her a perfect third shooter for the team, all while being able to jump into defence at the other end of the court and still hold just as much consistent play. Carissa has also been known to fill in the Centre position and lead a strong midcourt.

Under-15s:

Ruby Cowley (GS/GA) (captain) - Ruby is a very competent player who has excellent ball skills. An accurate shooter who always shows leadership on the court. Never fails to impress.

Sienna Elphick (C/WA/GA) (captain) – Sienna is a talented, reliable player who never gives up. Her speed and accurate passing makes her a game changer.

Bae Willis (GA/C/WA/GS) - Bae is a hard-at-it player whose speed and creativeness on the court makes her difficult to play against. Shooting superstar.

Amy Holloway (GD/GK/WD) - Amy is a powerful, competent defender who owns the ring. Amy frequently shuts down her opponents with her intercepts and rebounds and can switch the play with ease.

Eve Meharry (WD/GD/GK) – Eve is a versatile, athletic player who is able to put consistent pressure on her opponent. Eve’s height and arm span results in several tip offs and intercepts.

Lexi Hussey (WA) – Lexi is a team player who works hard to further develop her netball skills. Lexi has the ability to wait for the perfect opportunity to pass into the ring.

Isabell Macknight (WD/WA/C) - Izzy is an athletic midcourter who shows grit and determination and will attempt any opportunity for an intercept.

Amelie Bulmer (WA/GA/GS/C) – Am is a consistent player with great netball skills who receives centre passes with ease and delivers accurate passes into the ring

Emily Harvey (GK/GD) - Em is a talented strong and solid defender who reads the play well to take intercepts and rebounds. Very strong under the post.

Zoe Basset (GK/WD) – Zoe is a tall defender who is consistently developing her defending skills with numerous intercepts and rebounds every game.

Amy Holloway (GD/GK/WD) - a powerful, competent defender who owns the ring. Amy frequently shuts down her opponents with her intercepts and rebounds and can switch the play with ease.

Eve Meharry (WD/GD/GK) – a versatile, athletic player who

Rovers GRAND FINALS

Nina Glowrey - Nina is one of our two spirited captains. Known for her fiery passion and quick wit, Nina leads with a mindfulness that uplifts her teammates. Netball runs in her blood, and her dedication on the court is second to none. Even though her pre-game pump up music is questionable, it somehow gets the girls up and about.

Ava Braybon - Ava is the other dynamic captain of our team. Ava is a true powerhouse on the court, dominating every game with her presence and skill. Her enthusiasm and energy is infectious. She is known for being the loudest cheerleader. You will hear her from a mile away! With Ava leading the charge, our team is unstoppable.

Marlie Mison - Marlie is a standout player on our side. Her persistence and exceptional spacial awareness set her apart, making her a crucial asset during every match. Her strong drives and ability to feed the ball with precision ensure that her teammates are always in the best position to score. Her hidden talent is knowing exactly where everyone is — sometimes before they even know it themselves!

Jorja Woolston - The pint-sized dynamo. Don't let her height fool you—Jorja is the most tenacious player you'll ever see. Known for her fearless and immaculate hard passes, she’s always in the thick of the action. Her netball smarts are off the charts, making her a strategic force

on the court. With Jorja around, no loose ball is safe, and her teammates always know they have a secret weapon ready to spring into action.

Zoe Harvey - Zoe's consistency and hard work in defence make her a vital player. She may be silent, but her bravery on the court speaks volumes. Always focused and ready to take on any challenge, Zoe's quiet determination ensures that our team's defense is rock solid. With Zoe guarding the ring, you can be sure the opposition will have a tough time scoring.

Lilly Boyer - Meet Lilly, the sharpshooter of the team. Lilly's accuracy in shooting is matched only by her smart movements on the court. Fast and agile, she weaves through defenders with ease, always finding the perfect spot to take her shot. Her quick thinking and speed make her a formidable opponent, and her teammates know they can count on her to deliver when it counts. With Lilly leading the charge in attack, our team is always a threat to score.

Olivia Armytage - Olivia is our stringbean, straight shooter. AKA the smiling assassin. Olivia's toughness on the court is balanced by her ever-present grin. A holding genius, she excels at maintaining possession and creating opportunities for her team. Liv's precision and resilience make her a formidable player, always ready to outmaneuver opponents with her skillful holds. With Olivia in the

game, you can expect a blend of tenacity and joy that keeps everyone on their toes.

Meg Meharry - Meg is the baby of the team, but don’t be deceived by her age because Meg is as hard as nails and never gives up. A killer defender, she’s relentless in her pursuit of the ball and always ready to challenge any opponent. Meg's determination and toughness make her a crucial part of the team's defence. The future of our team looks bright and fiercely competitive with Meggy on call!

Lara Horne - Lara, the polite yet formidable force of our team. Known for her impeccable manners off the court, Lara transforms into a defensive powerhouse during the game, shutting down any opponent who comes her way. With a sharp eye for the ball and a sneaky approach, she’s always one step ahead, intercepting passes and disrupting the opposition’s plans. Lara’s blend of grace and grit makes her a standout player and a true asset to the team.

Georgia Danckert - Georgia is our team's precision passer extraordinaire. Known for her direct movements and daring passes, she has a knack for making plays that keep the spectators on the edge of their seat. While some of her bold passes might give her coach a few grey hairs, they always land perfectly where they need to be. Georgia’s daring style and accuracy ensure that every game is thrilling and successful, making her a key player in our team.
