HAYPAGBAKAWAN Settled the Unsettled AGRi-HUB
A Proposed Mangrove Eco-Wellness Retreat and Educational Park (Promotion of Eco-Edu-Wellness tourism and Mangrove Protection through Ecotecture.)
A Proposed Agri-Hub Museum: Promotion of Agri-tourism. This will ignite people’s interest in agriculture, specifically in farming—which showcases the farming culture’s impact on various aspects of life.
A Proposed Multi Dwelling Housing: Promotion of Social and Productive Architecture. The Project aims to create a housing incompatible with the standard, where spaces are created to bring opportuunites and make unsetled become settled.
These are list of commissions and projects I made and part of during my internship and part-time work.

Skills
AutoCad,
The Project comprises Mangrove Nature Park Exhibition Gallery and Research Center, Wellness Retreat, and Recreational Facilities. Mangrove Nature Park Exhibition Gallery and Research Center Establish an educational program. It integrates exercises and games, experiments, and field trips, which influence and inspire decision-makers of the future. The Eco-wellness Retreat offers accommodation and leisure that targets Social Wellness, Emotional Wellness, Physical Wellness, Spiritual Wellness, and Occupational Wellness. The overall project focuses on self-sustained building through proper design, and use of Building Technologies; minimizing the adverse effects of carbon emissions.
The proposed project is an Eco-Edu-Wellness tourism Complex intended to accommodate tourists (domestic and foreign) and investors, and provide basic education and research on Mangroves, Birds, and Ecological Conservation. It makes use of tourism not just to offer leisure and services but to offer wellness and education facilities that connect people to nature and at the same time, give livelihood to the community. Furthermore, it is an alternative container to gather and introduce to the millennial generation so that they can understand and experiment with the potential of mangroves, through an educational, recreational, interactive and local content approach, as well as improving the well-being of the mangrove community. It integrates multi-functions of “Park, Museum, and Resort”. to conserve mangroves and generate income or other economic benefits.
the “Resort” resembles nature and blends with it- allowing users to have a leisure time and opportunity to interact more with nature in the most subtle ways and with the least negative environmental impact. In addition, the mangrove conservation and preservation that will be promoted in the nature park is suitable for any mangrove reserve or forest in the Philippines; to use mangrove forests as a tourist spot to generate income and at the same time, educate Filipinos which can help to maintain marine resources that in return; sustain us. Thus, the development being opened to the public-specifically tourists is influenced by the desire
The “Park” is envisioned to completely cover the site area and maximize the habitat potential as a living exhibition space. The “museum” building has been deliberately placed within this landscape and perched to observe its surroundings. This structure expands the possibilities for research, education, leisure, and culture. The museum is perched over the expansive swamp that defines a new green edge to the Bay. This ecological icon will have a symbiotic relationship with the Bay, protecting the existing mangrove ecosystem and creating a new parkland for the Bay’s water birds.

The Project is part of Agri-Tourism Estate Development. This is a type of development centered on agricultural based-activities to attract visitors and tourists. Where the experience of visitors or tourists is to be educational, engaged to nature, and collaborative with farmers and local communities. Agri-Hub Museum target, travelers who love to visit different tourist destinations enjoy the country’s natural beauty and immerse in a more meaningful travel experience.
This Project aims to create a housing that promotes Social and Productive Architecture. The project is specifically for unfortunate people who live near railways. Not like the housing standards in the Philippines, the project offers spaces of opportunity to its tenants. The housing is a 4-storey that has its own planting and harvesting area for their consumption. Market, where they can sell their goods and products. Public park where outsiders can enter. The Project showcases the possibility of creating spaces to create opportunity, to help the ineed, and not focus on standard housin. Therefore, we can help to settle the unsettlers.

As an Intern at Concipio Tektura, I was tasked to create an advertisement that would promote the company’s business manual. I directed and edited the video without experience in animation software—Adobe Illustrator and After Effects. But with my eagerness to learn to use any new tools to get the job done well, I still met deadlines and fulfilled the promises I made. (Scan the QR code to see the output)
