State of the County Address 1/30/2014 In his first State of the County Address as chairman of the Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners, Trevor M. Fuller presented a positive outlook for the future of Mecklenburg County. Chairman Fuller recognized the accomplishments of various County departments and noted the importance of economic development by announcing the creation of a task force on poverty and economic mobility.
