Model 4040S Food Grade/ General Industrial Housing Constructed of minimum 10 ga stainless steel. Standard housings are continuously TIG welded inside and out.

Vertical corners are 1� inside radius making the housing easy to clean and minimizes corner powder build up.

Radiused corners also offer strength and aesthetic value.

Rear Plenum Cover removes without toolsshown removed

Blower Cast aluminum fan with discharge damper provides aggressive dust control. With empty grate faces velocity of 200 FPM to 350 FPM with bag, dust is easily controlled.

Side Access Simple filter access

Sliding Grate Removes or slides out of position

Bag Shelf Large 6� depth reduces spillage.

A lowered bag grate also works to keep powders in hopper.

NEMA 4 Enclosed sequential timer With solenoid valves

Pulse Jet Filter media consists of either filter bag s with cages or cartridge filter elements. Media is snapped into tube sheet without the use of tools or clamps. A tool free bag retained secures media to tube sheet.

Oversized compressed air headers feed diaphragm valves mounted direct to clean air plenum and provide maximum cleaning punch. Either a selfcontained sequential timer of PLC controller manages continuous filter cleaning.
