The dosing drive is used on DPF model dosing feeders by JVI JVI Vibratory drives are designed specifically for use on vibratory equipment.
JVI Dosing Drives Technical Information JVI model KF Electromagnetic dosing drives are designed to drive feeders in precise batching or continuous feeding applications for chemical, food, plastic, ceramic and many other dry bulk material handling industries. Each KF drive provides reliable, maintenance free performance. An instant Start/Stop feature and precise feed rate adjustment with excellent accuracy and repeatability are standard. High stroke designs are also available for intermittent operation in packaging applications. All 60 Hz drives are available for 220 V or 110 V single phase power source. Compact, voltage-controlled, analog controls: Vibtronic controllers are available with instant start/stop, linear electronic 0-100% feed rate adjustability and integrated relay outputs. Controllers offer local operation or PLC interface via 4-20 mA signal. Controllers can be supplied with or without an enclosure that includes on/off switch, potentiometer, ‘On’ indication, and main power connector. SRAE Controller
