Dear delegates, let me invite you to the first conference of the year - LEAD 2022, focused on two generations of Executive Boards of AIESEC in Slovakia. For the current generation of EBs, this conference is the perfect opportunity to debrief on their experience, meet their colleagues and friends, and enjoy together one of the last moments as generation 21.22. As the generation of 22.23 is beginning very soon, LEAD conference is a space for the elected EBs to kick-off their experience, get to know each other in commissions and in the entity a bit more and gain the knowledge and skills needed for their upcoming EB term. The conference is slowly but surely coming, so prepare yourselves for a lot of great sessions, cool parties and what is more for the biggest GALA night, where we are going to celebrate the ones that significantly contributed to AIESEC in Slovakia.
