OC members are required to participate in personal/Skype meetings and to communicate with OCP, eventually with conference manager via e-mail, phone or personally OC members need to participate on pre-meeting and postmeeting of the conference as well as on conference itself OC members need to have qualities as self-control, time management, basic organizing skills, experience with crisis management and customer orientation.
