Responsible for planning, tracking and coordinating the OC team

Together with conference team responsible for the final outcome of the conference
OC members requirements ᅫ OC members are required to participate in personal/Skype meetings and to communicate with OCP, eventually with conference manager via e-mail, phone or personally ᅫ OC members need to participate on premeeting and post-meeting of the conference as well as on conference itself ᅫ OC members need to have qualities as selfresponsibility, time management, basic organizing skills, experience with crisis management and customer orientation.

OCVP Inkind JD ○ Research of companies ○ Communication with companies ○ Inkind responsible ○ CRM management ○ Ensuring transport of inkind to the site ○ On-site help with basic conference tasks
OCVP Logistics JD ○ Ensuring transportation of all necessities for the conference

○ Ensure all IT necessities for the conference ○ Organization of breaks ○ OC on-site session division and action plan ○ Creating a list of each session needs ○ Approaching LCs for logistics needs ○ Communication with site representatives ○ Inventory before and after conference
