Joseph “Joe” Carosiello

Jennifer Santiago Jennifer Santiago began working with MCCS Retail Division in March of 2013 at Mainside Marine Mart. Jennifer enjoys her job at the Marine Mart as store worker. Jennifer has always had an admiration for the military and her husband is currently serving our country. Jennifer believes she is giving back to the military in some way with the service she provides at the Marine Mart. Her Mainside co-workers are friendly, fun, and willing to help her learn more pertaining to her job. When Jennifer is not working you can find her at the gym, mall, or school. She is currently working towards her Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Management and is on course to graduate this December. Jennifer was born and raised in Puerto Rico and moved to Jacksonville a year and a half ago. It was a big change, but Jennifer is grateful for the opportunity and knows that MCCS offers the training and knowledge that prepares you for a successful future. Jennifer’s advice: “Listen in class!”

All the children had fun during the Month of the Military Child Celebration at the Main Store. Jessica Marshall went all out for her role as referee. Jessica and the visual team created an exciting day for each military child with games, food, and giveaways. Way to go Jessica and visual team! Job well done!

! r h t e r v i E B Cassandra Hodges’ birthday was May 1 and her boyfriend surprised her with a day of deep sea fishing! Cassandra is from Missouri and has never been out on the ocean so the experience was very exciting. Although she did not catch any fish she had the time of her life!

The new Main Exchange Maintenance Worker is Joseph Carosiello, better known as Joe. He is responsible for, as Joe would say, “...from the flags to the floor and everything in between”. Joe has always enjoyed being a handyman and is happy that he is able to combine his passion with his profession. He takes pride in making sure the Exchange looks its best. Whether it is repairing fixtures, replacing carpet tiles, cleaning air vents or any of the many duties Joe completes daily, he wakes eagerly thinking of what needs to be done for the day. “I enjoy coming to work and I enjoy my job” says Joe. The Main Exchange will definitely benefit with Joe as the handyman. Good luck Joe in your new role!
