Announcing the release of the Locator Customer & Inventory Management System (CIMS) Version 3.4 in August!

New in version 3.4: Completely revamped sorting function, Upgraded picture uploading capability, Capture multiple email addresses for a contact

The industry’s leading account and inventory management system for nearly 20 Years!

Using an antiquated system? The Locator CIMS software enables you to capture customers, inventory, want-eds and manage quotes through the online interface. The hosted version will include the required SQL database and .NET (web) front-end. Your company would have a distinct URL (e.g., name.locator-cims.com) with each user assigned a specific login and password. The software would then be available from any high-speed internet connection.

Take advantage of these cutting edge capabilities: •

Use web interface that works like a website, using the same navigation logic so it’s easy to learn.

Capture customer information, including contacts, contact information, machinery types, machines owned, quote history, custom search codes and more.

Record inventory details, location, photos, video link, quote and advertising destinations.

Quote machines with photo links directly in email messages.

Quote one or several people, or send information to a distribution list.

Add custom fields for customers, inventory and want-eds, as well as manage administrative settings and users.

Generate RSS feeds to populate your website and send information to advertising destinations like Locator.
