To Marketing and/or Public relations, As you may already be aware of, my production partners and I have been producing an event every year since 2010 known, widely throughout Southern California, as Rock The Arts. The purpose of this letter is to inform you of an opportunity regarding our specialized event, Rock The Arts 2012. Over the years we have perfected the formula for the ever growing event's success as well as the show leading us to greater heights, sights and venues. Rock the Arts has grown from being a annual show, 2 years running, to a fully developed Festival consisting of 2 recognized, highly populated cities in the United States of America.. As the production and reputation of Rock The Arts grows, so does our exposure as well as our close family of sponsors. We are proud to announce Rock The Arts has added new sponsors to our growing family this year; KROQ Radio ( A Southern California based FM station with a high volume of online traffic) , sister stations through CBS Broadcasting and High Voltage Tattoo to our list of new and excited Sponsorships. We are considering numerous sponsorships for the event along with National sponsorship to promote on a larger scale for this production. Rock The Arts event staff as well as myself would be honored to have your company join us in this unique, multi-industry enriched, exposure opportunity that would exemplify your company as a company interested in the movement of bringing today's growing market with various amounts different art forms, music and product placement to target multiple audiences with one out standing, new and progressive event. A small venue, an even smaller budget and a vision that led to a success, for 2 years now, all the unique elements (music, art and action sports) combined that make up the “Rock the Arts” successful formula. Details of Event which includes entertainment portion (information to include time line of events) The 3rd annual Rock The Arts will be hitting the road as a tour for the first time starting July 4th, 2012! The tour will be a total of 2 stops hitting some of the nation’s major markets‌

-One day of unique and exciting entertainment (12pm to 8pm) -capacity(5,000/10,000) -ALL Ages -2 Stages including amazing live music, (Main stage/side stage) -Live tattoos/expo -Media,guest appearances TBA -Industry vendors -Artist and performer meet and greet/signings -Beer Garden, along with Tasty food and beverages -DJ and VIP area -Tons of Prizes and Give Aways! -A portion of the proceeds will go to our great charity Wings for Warriors. VIP Passes: (-Limited, ask for details) VIP Access entitles you to segments of the show that are permitted to Media and Artists and VIP Lounge loaded with gifts from above mentioned Sponsors and more.. Among the services and activities we support include: • Guidance and counseling in dealing with military and government entities to secure healthcare, financial and legal benefits. • Financial assistance for immediate family members traveling to visit wounded loved ones located at military and hospital facilities around the nation. • Public awareness events and programs to highlight the unique challenges our wounded warriors face and to ensure that they receive strong community support.
