Smania is based in the north-eastern town of Vigonza (Padua), Italy, 30 km west of Venice, with a plant that covers an area of over 20,000 square meters, containing manufacturing facilities, warehouses, offices and a 1,500 square meter showroom.

CONTRACT DIVISION

Our contract division can count on the company’s Design Production & Project skills and experience in Interior Design, as well as on the integration created by our acquisitions and strategic alliances. Smania’s Contract business unit is staffed by architects, drafters and designers, dedicated sourcing experts, project managers and project expeditors. Some of our typical contract clients include architectural studios, real estate developers, builders and specifiers, contractors, hotel chains and shipyards.

At the creative helm for over 43 years Smania, established in 1967, enriches this wealth of experience gained over the years, devoting unlimited creativity and productive resources to the contract division. Smania now aims to acquire further technological know-how through the use of innovative materials and design, meeting aesthetic and functional demands that often differ from those requested by end users. Our contract team manages both small and medium-scale supply projects as well as larger residential estates requiring personal care throughout every single unit. We successfully seek cost-effective ways to balance the price, quality and design values of each project. Our starting point is a focus on our clients’ architectural, financial and technical needs.

Strengthened by our background, we are able to guarantee the highest levels of quality, reliability and service combined with the flexibility of proposing customized solutions that only our handcraft and artisan tradition can conceive. SMANIA CONTRACT

Smania then meets these needs with a wide range of services during the project phase, and by supplying extremely high quality standard or custom made products, in compliance with national and international standards and regulations. In accordance with an agreed project schedule, creative ideas are translated into sketches, layouts, project boards, 3D renderings or photo-realistic environments, giving architects and customers the option of validating custom-built products during design phases, or viewing project layouts in time for any further modifications, until our customer is satisfied to the full. Smania also offers support in regard to: • Meeting setup in our Padua (Italy) headquarters, for consulting, product information and the supply of sample materials • Technical and research support for interior designs and custom-made products • Customize standard products according to needs • Scheduled visits on location during estimate, support during project execution, assistance during installation and after-sales support.
