hearing scheduled for April 13 by the Board of Supervisors. Last Wednesday, the issue dominated the board’s regular, with deputy county administrator Joe Casey reviewing alternatives.

The first alternative, he said, would eliminate the $10 permanent vehicle decal fee. This move would impact the county budget by about $120,000 in less revenue. Those funds, he added, would see a $60,000

At the end of the evening, she was wearing the crown. Capturing the titles of Junior and Little Miss were Isabella and Jillian Moncure, respectively. Megan Isabelle received the Community Service Award for spearheading a

blood drive in honor of her 7-year-old brother Mark, who has battled leukemia.
