Enforcement to begin the federal detention process, in addition to the local charges. Investigators said Casey Ryan Bohr of the 7900 block of Dabney Mill Road in King William was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, in the 9800 block of East Patrick Henry Boulevard (state Route 54), about a mile east of Ashland. They say Bohr was driving a 1998 SUV eastbound when his vehicle was sideswiped by a westbound 2000 SUV driven by Feliciano, 29, of the 800 block of King William Road in King William County. Bohr’s vehicle was forced off the road and overturned. Investigators say he was not wearing a seatbelt.
Feliciano was injured in the crash and transported to a hospital for treatment. A passenger in Bohr’s vehicle also was injured and was treated at a hospital. There will be a Softball Tournament to benefit Casey Bohr’s family beginning with a Home Run Derby on Friday night, Dec. 3. The tournament begins on Saturday. All proceeds will go to the Bohr Family. The location was still to be determined at press time. For more information please contact Hunter Young at 516-7661 or Matt Pierce at 239-5366.

Hanover senior defensive back Marzae Brooks (3) was in good position to get a hand in the face of Dinwiddie wide receiver Trey Gardner but Gardner still made the over-the-shoulder catch. Dinwiddie went on to defeat Hanover 28-21 in the Division 5 final.
Hanover County relies on the many volunteers who serve on the various boards and commissions that ensure the smooth operation of a community government. James “Buddy” Kelly is one of those
volunteers who never said no at a chance to serve. Kelly has had to curtail some of his numerous duties due to health issues, and county officials took time at the beginning of the regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting to issue a note of gratitude for his long
and dedicated service. Beaverdam Supervisor Aubrey Stanley presented Kelly with a plaque of appreciation and read a proclamation outlining his long list of service. Besides his service on many committees and commissions, Kelly was instrumental in establishing the Hanover
Veterans Memorial, playing a vital role in the fundraising efforts. South Anna Supervisor John Gordon presented Kelly with a framed picture of the Hanover Veterans Memorial in appreciation of his efforts see VOLUNTEER, pg. 4 `
