BOARD OF DIRECTORS The General Assembly elects 12 Board members and three substitute members for a term of three years. The Board in turn elects the President and Executive Committee from among its members for a term of one year: Vice Presidents, a Deputy Treasurer, Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General. The Board, which is the organisation’s executive body, meets each month and takes all decisions relating to management.
