Elizabeth is Director of Cooke & Arkwright’s valuation department, advising clients throughout Wales across most commercial property sectors. She graduated from South Bank University in 1997 with a first-class honour in Estate Management and has worked in Cardiff since 1999, having previously worked in London and Bristol.

HELENE JOHN, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, CURTINS

Helene is an experienced business operations manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. She is skilled in communication, office operations, business development and tender management, and obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Plymouth.

HYWEL GLYNN-JONES, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, MOMENTUM CONTRACT FURNITURE

Hywel leads business development at Momentum, building strong relationships with architects, property developers, investors, and interior designers to create tailored furniture solutions. Drawing on his background in digital strategy and content creation, Hywel collaborates closely with businesses to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences for contemporary spaces.

It produces nearly 100 events a year, led by the Cardiff Life Awards, Cardiff Property Awards and equivalents in Bath, Bristol and Exeter, plus EntreConf, other conferences and networking lunches. It publishes Bath Life and Bristol Life magazines. Steph has worked in media for over 15 years, starting her career at international publisher Future. Steph is also development manager for Creative Bath and Equal Opportunity Ambassador for Babbasa which supports her passion for nurturing young talent. Greg Ingham co-founded and owns MediaClash with his wife Jane. MediaClash is media business established in 2006.
