Are you a problem-solver, self-starter, work well with others, have a valid G license with clean driving abstract and willing to travel a minimum of one week at a time? If so, we are looking for dedicated, hard-working individuals to join our team and be an ambassador for Country Signs for the following positions:

GENERAL LABOURER & WELDER Key Responsibilities for General Labourer: • Assist the Lead Hand in all aspects of construction on site including the assembly of the steel canopy, installation of signage, and sign packages • Assist in excavating and pouring of concrete bases • Ability to read and understand steel canopy blueprints • Ability to use various hand and/or power tools • Perform other duties as assigned by your Lead Hand Key Responsibilities for Welder-All of the same requirements as General Labourer plus: • Lay out, position, align, and fit together parts of metal according to blueprints sketches in preparation for welding • Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions • Operate grinding equipment for joint and surface preparation • Stick weld various canopy columns • Stick weld various column plating

Requirements for Welder- All of the same requirements as General Labourer plus: • Minimum 2 years experience • All positions SMAW • Metal Core Welding (Flat) • CWB Certified • Experience with welding at heights What we offer: • Starting salary based on experience • Endless opportunities for growth within the company and the ability to make a good living • Paid training • Paid for travel to/from site • Paid expenses for travel • Company paid work clothing • Paid benefits after 3 months • Discretionary bonus 4x a year

Requirements for General Labourer position: • Working at Heights • Physically able to lift 50lbs throughout the day • Ability to work long hours in all weather conditions • Ability to work in all types of construction • Experience with various powered and nonpowered tools • Steel experience preferred but not required
