CIC International Convention Center of Algiers
The International Convention Center of Algiers (CIC) will be the biggest Convention Center in North Africa and Mediacom Digital Evolution has designed and it is going to install high definition video production complex systems, transmission systems for Dvb-s, DVb-T and Streaming, infrastructures for external OB VAN connection, TV studios with a virtual set machine, radio studios, digital signage, video projection systems in the different halls, audio infrastructures with different features, large ledwalls inside and outside. All the CIC’s halls, from the smallest to the largest, have been planned to ensure efficiency and professional services usually required for TV studios; all transmissions will be in high definition. Building automation solutions allow to an easy and fast control of spaces and devices.
The Grand Mosque of Algiers

The Grand Mosque of Algiers The Grand Mosque in Algiers, named Djamaa El Djazair, will be the largest Mosque after Mecca and the Prophet Mosque in Medina. It will cover a 20 hectares area and it will host up to 120.000 believers. In the Mosque there will be a cultural center, a large library, an Islamic school, and many other services. The body of the complex will have spacious courtyards dominated by a 320 meters tall minaret. Just inside the minaret the "Islamic Museum of the History of Algiers� will be set up and developed, over several floors. Mediacom Digital Evolution is working on the project, the supply and the installation of different kinds of audio/video systems spread all over the architectonic complex. All technological infrastructures in the Grand Mosque will be connected by an optic fiber infrastructure. The Mosque is still under construction and Mediacom Digital Evolution is currently committed to design soundproofing systems of the minaret, evacuation systems and a great IP-TV system. We are still working on planning audio/video multimedia systems, that will be installed in the museum of the minaret and in other areas within the complex.
Constantine Zenith Theatre - Algeria AUDIO LIVE ENGINEERING AND SYSTEMS| EVACUATION SYSTEMS | EQUIPMENT SCENE AND LIGHTING SYSTEMS
Constantine Zenith Theatre - Algeria The Zenith Constantine Theater will be the indoor arena which will host ceremonies, events and shows during the Year of Arab Culture. The cultural complex is being built in the immediate vicinity of the city of Constantine, not far from Mohamed Boudiaf International Airport. The future spaces, for the design of which several famous architects have drawn up proposals (Philippe Chaix, Jacques Millet, Rem Koolhaas, AndrĂŠ and Serge Gresy, Bernard Tschumi, Massimiliano Fuksas, Norman Foster), will be multifunctional and modular. The capacity will be variable according to the type of events, from poprock concerts to theater shows. The architectural concept is inspired by the idea of creating a great cultural center that incorporates all the modern technologies, imitating and reinterpreting the architecture of an ancient Greek amphitheater. The Zenith Constantine will include three rooms, one main room with 3.000 seats and two small rooms for minor events; it will develop over three floors and will be built on a total area of 53.000 square meters. Mediacom Digital Evolution designed all the sound systems the one in the main room, being obviously more complex, will be controlled by a Dante Biamp system the video projection equipment, lighting system used for the shows, both for simple projections and for scenic purposes, and is about to install all systems.
Annaba Sheraton Hotel of Algiers DIGITAL SIGNAGE | AUDIO ENGINEERING | IPTV & SATELLITE | MULTIMEDIA | VIDEO PROJECTION
Annaba Sheraton Hotel of Algiers
A luxury 5 star hotel, belonging to the chain Sheraton, is under construction in Annaba. The work will be finished by the end of 2015 and it will extend over an area of 42.200 square meters. With an innovative and sophisticated architecture, the complex will have 201 rooms; luxury suites and apartments will be added, as well as an outdoor parking having a capacity of 255 vehicles and further functional spaces. Mediacom Digital Evolution is in charge of the project and installation of the entire sound and evacuation systems in all areas of the hotel, of an IPTV system, of audiovisual equipment and of simultaneous translation which are present both in the auditorium – which will also be used as a cinema – and in the conference rooms for private meetings. Particular importance will then have the great video projection system which will be installed in the great “Banqueting room”, which will also be used for scenic or aesthetic purposes during big events or gala dinners. This hotel will also include a custom made digital-signage system, able to ensure a flexible and simple content management. At last the Sheraton Hotel in Annaba will be the headquarters of television studios that we will design and install for some Algerian broadcasters.
Sheraton Club Des Pins Hotel of Algiers
The renovation of the Hotel Sheraton Club Des Pins in Staoueli (Algeria) is an example of how the architectural design and the audio-video systems can establish perfect synergies, aimed at creating an innovative, integrated and efficient "communicative environment". The intervention involved the management and the audio and video control of the auditorium, an important functional structure of the hotel and of five meeting rooms.
Stadium 5 Juillet 1962 – Algiers - Algeria
The project involved the construction of the sound system and of two ledwall maxi screens of the Stadium 5 Juillet of Algiers. The opening is scheduled for April 30, 2015. The maxi screens have the same technology used by our group for the preparation of the Stadium San Siro in Milan.
Cattinara Hospital, Trieste - Italy
Technological upgrading of the Main Hall Rita Levi Montalcini. The hall is used for medical conferences and all official ceremonies of the hospital. Mediacom has renewed all systems by upgrading the video equipment from SD to Full HD and 2K, improving the quality of the sound system and, above all, installing an automation system for the control of all the technology present in the room.
“Nave de Vero� in Marghera, Venice - Italy
Mediacom Digital Evolution has planned and installed the whole Full HD audiovisual system for the arena of the Mestre’s shopping centre called Nave de Vero. It is a very massive building in which our system is now used almost every weekend during the shows organized by the shopping centre managment team.
The digitizing of TG1 and TG3 studios
Mediacom Digital Evolution has installed the media-servers 7thSense for the construction and management of the new TG1 and TG3 studios sets. This technological modernization allows a new type of video content management and graphics management which are sent from the direction to the ledwalls and to the screens which compose the scenography of the two studios. Both studios have been equipped with two servers – a main one and a back-up one – to ensure the airing even in case of technical problems. The 7thSense Media Server is a reliable and efficient system, with extraordinary possibilities of synchronization, and it allows 2D or 3D animations with special effects, by mixing videos in real time on any media or surface. The possibilities of a creative processing of the images, through animations and effects, are considerable. The configurations can be numerous and they allow the management of movies with a resolution up to 4K. Furthermore it is possible to perform a remote monitoring through the TCP/IP protocol.

Mediacom Digital Evolution has designed and realized all technological audiovisual and multimedia systems of the new “integrated laboratory of new technologies for the social sciences�. A new center, just opened by the University of Naples, where the professional audiovisual technology will be used to search and produce scientific documentation and for educational purposes.
IMG CINEMAS Mestre, Venice - Italy
Mediacom Digital Evolution has planned and installed the whole audiovisual infrastructures for the IMG Multiplex in Mestre. This realisation consists of a complex digital signage system which supplies to the public images, video and multimedia messages or advices (film trailers, posters, snacks prices, rooms scheduling, etc‌) through various monitors and ledwalls located inside the building. Then It has also been installed an evacuation/background music system.
MIB School of Management of Trieste - Italy
At the MIB School of Management of Trieste the technological equipment of the conference room has been updated and the process of audio and video automation of the classrooms has been completed to ensure maximum efficiency for conferences. In the institute, Mediacom Digital Evolution has completed the process of audio and video automation of the classrooms started a few years ago. The aim was to ensure maximum efficiency in the use of multimedia devices during classes. Today, with the automated control system, teachers can manage all the audio and video equipment in the classroom through an intuitive interface. Thanks to the experience in the design, supply and installation of technologies for communication, in the broadcast industry and in many areas in which the company operates, Mediacom Digital Evolution was able to propose the most suitable technology to the needs and experience of the customer. Cattolica Assicurazioni Group The Cattolica Assicurazioni Group has upgraded congress activities in the Auditorium “Paolo VI” through the preparation of a new management system of the room at its headquarters in Milan. In the field of congress activities is increasingly common the need for greater convenience and ease of use of the different devices that make up a complex system of communication. This request leads to the proposition of a technological solution that allows to have a centralized and automated control of different elements in a conference room. Mediacom Digital Evolution has translated these concepts into reality designing and installing a system of multimedia integration in the auditorium “Paolo VI”, the prestigious conference hall of the Milan headquarters of the Cattolica Assicurazioni Group.

Mediacom Digital evolution has realized whole systems for telemedicine in the new department of Digestive Endoscopy of the Sacro Cuore Don Calabria Hospital.
