Swing-inspired seats provide a unique way for teams to collaborate and communicate in a comfortable and relaxed environment.

Delivered in four months, the end-to-end solution included the initial workplace strategy and design, through to the final construction. The primary objective was to create a showcase space that reflected Kering’s industry-leading position in e-commerce. To achieve this, the headquarters housing the digital and IT teams, focused on providing a modern and progressive environment. By combining flexible spaces and promoting collaboration, the design aimed to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. For example, the Agora space, designed for versatility, accommodates events ranging from press gatherings and presentations to town hall meetings and yoga classes.

Secure lockers and storage units provide employees with a safe place to store their belongings and peace of mind.

Clear communication and collaboration were crucial throughout the project. OpenSpace video technology facilitated progress updates, weekly meetings, and comprehensive reporting. This streamlined approach proved especially valuable during the pandemic when travel restrictions made on-site visits challenging.

Despite being a luxury group, Kering wanted to be disruptive with the design of their space, incorporating modern urban materials such as concrete, wood, metal, and raw elements. The space exudes understated yet timeless luxury, with additional elements like swing desks and flea market lamps adding a youthful and start-up ambiance.

There are a variety of areas for employees to work and collaborate in, helping them to stay productive and engaged.

The transformed headquarters embodies Kering’s overall brand identity while providing a dynamic and inspiring space for colleagues, clients, and visitors. With a focus on sustainability, innovation and collaboration, the workplace reflects Kering’s commitment to modern luxury and sets a new standard in the industry.

Employees are offered the flexibility to work in a private setting, to take calls or concentrate on individual work.
Various collaboration spaces foster creativity and encourage interaction between team members, supported by the calm and neutral colour palette.
