Carbon monoxide (CO) is an odourless, colourless gas that can be produced by faulty, unserviced gas heater. The density of the walls provides excellent insulation for both sound and temperature. ■ Roofs are fully insulated zincalume, a material perfectly suited to the climate, while the colour reflects the landscape. ■ The original church housing the kitchen and original dining room is a timber building rendered and painted on the outside.

It has an insulated corrugated iron roof, and polished timber floor of aged hoop pine on brick stumps. ■ The restaurant extension completed in 1998 and housing the new dining room, guests lounge, bar, office, and toilets has solid, rendered masonry exterior walls, timber floors on masonry stumps, and insulated zincalum roof. The floor of the new dining room is 1 inch thick hoop pine polished to continue the theme of the original church. Similarly, the walls and ceiling are 1st grade hoop pine but painted as in the church.. The remainder is carpeted. The ceiling of the lounge and reception is hoop pine with a natural finish. ■ Exterior doors and windows throughout the complex are powder coated aluminium “Elite” for good looks with minimal maintenance requirements, with the exception of the original timber doors and coloured glass windows of the church. ■ Interior doors are solid timber in either cedar or pine with brass fittings. ■ The cottages and managers residence are carpeted throughout.“Parking ■ The restaurant carpark would accommodate approximately 22 vehicles, but there is ample space for twice this number of vehicles on the western access to the property. ■ Cottage parking is either adjacent to or near the cottages.
