Man has sinned and turned his back on the Living God
Man always tries to build his own bridges by: – being good – doing good things – being religious But none of these bridges the gap! The fact is there is only one way to God. Jesus says: No one can come to the Father, except through me. (John 14:6) The Bible says: – God saved you by his special favor when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this, it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done. (Eph 2:8-9) – Jesus personally carried away our sins in his own body on the cross. (1 Peter 2:24)

Everybody has sinned
With God, there is forgiveness
All have sinned, all fall short of God’s glorious standard. (Rom 3:23)
If we confess our sins to Jesus, he is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from every wrong. (1 John 1:9)
The consequence of sin is death For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord. (Rom 6:23)
After death there will be a trial It is destined that each person dies only once and after that comes judgement. (Heb 9:27)
God wants to give you eternal life and a better life right now
The cross is the bridge
I assure you, those who listen to my message and believe in God who sent me have eternal life. (John 5:24)
With God, the verdict is “Not guilty” They will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death into life. (John 5:24)
The Living God offers you a new life. He has created you. He loves you. He has a plan for your life. He wants you to be free and happy, with a clear conscience. However, God has given you a will of your own. So you must decide yourself how you want to live your life – in your way, or in his way. The choice is yours. It’s a matter of life or death! Make Jesus your choice! For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)
