The unit is available with stainless steel AISI 304 Exterior, so that the interior and exterior is made entirely of stainless steel, providing a stronger more resistant unit.

Arctiko’s PR range is a highly customizable allowing you to choose between a wide range of universal shelves and drawers.

Air forced cooling provides superior temperature uniformity and stability even with frequently door openings. Forcing the airflow around the shelves and the stored items, ensures that all parts of the unit is equally cold and avoids any cold or hot spots. Distributed by a powerful fan and open air flow areas along the sides, the air is always distributed evenly throughout the fully loaded unit.

This unit can be made in an ATEX version – approved according to EN 60079-15 category 3, zone 2. CE EX 11-/3 G

This allows the user to organize their unit exactly as desired. Our universal shelf and drawer guides allow you to mix shelves and drawers for flexible storage.

EXTRA SECURITY The Flexaline has multiple safety features as standard. The range comes with a built-in lock to restrict access to the stored samples. Besides the physical security features, the line comes with electronic safety features. The temperature display has a high/low temperature audio and visual alarms along with a door open alarm. The controller records the minimum and maximum temperature since the last reset, nd this ensures that your samples have never gone out of the set temperature range.

The small size is achieved by utilizing Arctico’s special single compressor technology.

Our filter less construction makes cleaning unnecessary. The evaporator coils are spaced so far apart that dust will not be trapped and obstruct the airflow.

Even in this size Arctiko can provide a wide range of accessories for customization of the unit, though it is not required to function.

The single compressor technology is specially designed to reduce the number of mechanical components that generates unnecessary heat and noise. It comes with the same advantages as regular sized -86°C from Arctiko and is best in class in cooling performance.

With an optional CO2 back-up system will keep your samples cold as long as there is CO2 available in the system – eliminating the dangers of an unstable power grid or simply bad weather.

With our compressors located on the top, the dust intake is minimal this eliminating the need for filters entirely, saving you maintenance time and cost.

The Integraline helps provide a pleasant work environment where they are installed by placing the compressor and other heat and noise generating components on top of the unit, rather than the bottom. By placing the components on top of the freezer, there is never a compartment that you will have difficulties overlooking or using fully. Ensuring an ergonomically correct unit, which is easy and pleasant to use on a day-to-day basis.

The Integraline is developed with our advanced technologies and with the best components to secure the best performance. Besides of the regular polyurethane foam the Integraline has a layer of vacuum insulated panels (VIP), that provides an even better insulating effect, this helps provide a stable cooling performance while also lowering the energy consumption.

Do not risk the safety of your samples due to the potential of a breakdown of your freezer. With TRUE DUALTM technology you will avoid all the problems caused by an unexpected breakdown of the compressors. In the event of any failure on one of the cooling systems, the other system will still maintain the temperature of -70°C meaning your valuable samples at all times are stored with best possible security. Don’t ignore the huge risk of losing many years of valuable research because of poor laboratory equipment.

Our filter less construction makes cleaning unnecessary. With our compressors located on top, the dust intake is minimal - eliminating the need for filters entirely, saving you maintenance time and cost.

We are also able to reduce the noise level to only 49 dBa with our Noise Reduction Technology, ensuring a pleasant work environment.

Arctiko’s CRYO 170 freezer only uses 31kwh/24h which is extremely low compared with competitors.

The dual cooling system is designed to keep the unit at -150°C, and with only one cooling system active the unit is still able to achieve -130°C – with an outstanding uniformity of +/-3°C.

Arctiko’s CRYO freezer eliminates the cost of LN2 storage maintenance and avoids hazardous operation conditions.

The independent TRUE DUALTM technology ensures extremely low cost of ownership and noticeable impact on the runnings costs. Our CRYO is a superior alternative to LN2 based products, e.g. cryotanks. With no LN2 needed, it operates solely on a power supply which lowers the operating costs.
