TERMS & CONDITIONS In the Wellnesshotel Schönruh the prices are in euros per person, per night and include our 3/4 gourmet board. The prices in the Haus Stefanie are in euros per person and per night and include the arrangement according to the price list. An additional € 2.80 tourist tax is payable per person per day - from age 15! Only 1 arrangement possible per room per stay. Reduction for room incl. breakfast buffet: € 9,00 per person and night in the Wellnesshotel Schönruh. Additional charge for single occupancy in a double room: + 50 % surcharge.
ADULTS-ONLY If you are planning a holiday with children, please note that the focus of our hotel lies primarily in the area of recreation, wellness, relaxation and, of course, tranquillity. For holidays with children we generally recommend the Alpenpark Resort. We would be happy to inform you about the family packages.

CANCELLATION We recommend taking out our cancellation insurance, which covers for the costs of non-arrival or early departure in case of illness (partly with excess). Otherwise the booked package shall be billed as follows: Up 14 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge 14 days until 1 day before arrival: 50 % of the total room price shall be charged Within 1 day of arrival: 90 % of the total room price shall be charged For the cancellation fee you will get a voucher which is valid within one year at our hotel. No refunds for meals not consumed. Reservations are only considered binding once the deposit has been received or credit card details given within the specified period.
