Arts Team term-time classes at The Brook Theatre for five to 18-year-olds Learn songs and dances from your favourite West End and Hollywood musicals and create your own performances. The autumn term ends with an open class, working towards showcases at the end of the spring and summer terms.
Brook Drama Club Date: Saturday, 24 September to 3 December (no class 29 October) Tutors: Heidi Garwood and Katy Leman Fee: £25.50 for 10-week term • Five to eight-year-olds group: 2 - 3pm A gentle introduction to drama with fun games and craft creating a mini play to present to family and friends. • Nine to 12-year-olds group: 3 - 4pm More challenging drama techniques, skills and teamwork to create a performance at the end of term.

Brook Youth Theatre (for 13 - 18yrs) Date: Wednesdays, 21 September to 30 November (no class 26 October) Time: 7 - 9pm Tutor: Play On Words Theatre Company Fee: £44 for 10-week term Work with professional actors to explore plays, improvisation, scripted drama, songs and movement, but most of all have fun. Work towards a large-scale production at the end of the spring term, with further performance opportunities in the summer term.

Come along and enjoy our urban village fete – children’s entertainment, vintage charm and traditional games with a quirky twist. Plus hands-on family workshops including cupcake decorating, ceramics painting and a Mad Hatter’s craft tent. CAKE COMPETITION - Win tickets to Peter Pan at The Central Theatre, Chatham this Christmas – make and decorate a cake at home and bring it to our Hello Cupcake tent by 3pm.There will be three categories: under 11s, 12 to 16-year-olds and adults.
