First-Time Fitness

All classes are low intensity and set at beginner level. Class duration 40-45 minutes. Classes £3 each (free for Premier Medway Park members). Book and pay online up to seven days in advance at www.medway.gov.uk/leisurebookings or in person at Medway Park reception. Classes take place in Studio 3 on the upper level of Medway Park, unless otherwise stated. * Class takes place on the infield of the Medway Park running track Timetable accurate at time of print and could be subject to change.
