I am very impressed with the school and my child’s progress.
We encourage all our children and adults to be Active Citizens contributing to and benefitting from the school, local and global community. We try to learn about what’s real – we think about local and global current issues and use them to help our children engage with their world in a meaningful way. Our children are enthusiastic learners and proactive in our community because of this.
I am always impressed by teachers’ attitudes and support. The whole school is very approachable.

Just to say that everyone in school is doing a fantastic job for my son – he wants to come in every day even when he is poorly!
The voice of every child is important and your child will have a say in their own learning and other aspects of school life. We promote a sense of belonging and want children and adults to be happy and proud to be part of Southroyd.
