Terms & Conditions 1. This agreement form will serve as an invoice for the payment due in full by March 13, 2009. Deposit and final payment are non-refundable. 2. All sponsorships are first-come, first-served. 3. Submit your logo in high resolution .ai or .eps (vector) format via e-mail to kgemmell@meetingexpectations.com. Cancellation Policy Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to info@nefassociation.org, or via fax to 404.240.0998. Cancellations received on or before February 27, 2009, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after February 27, 2009. Questions?
