End Season BBQ Party @LABRANDA ROCCA NETTUNO TROPEA All together, DMC & Hotel, celebrated the end of their successful season 2018/19 . Team Members enjoyed a BBQ and prepared some drinks, to have the atmosphere of a typical local Italian party.
They had a karaoke contest within Departments and it was fun to give the award for the best singers of Rocca Nettuno!

MEETING POINT HELLAS EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR 2019 The Association of Travel & Tourism Agencies organizes an annual gala every year; awarding the Employee of the Year among Travel & Tourism Agencies. The event aims to strengthen the presence of the Association in the society and the relationship among the travel agencies. Sharing inspiring stories Can you please explain about your career path in FTI-Apprenticeship Program and your experience in MPI Head Office, HR? During my apprenticeship program I had the chance to get a small insight in different Entities and Departments within the FTI Group (Sonnenklar.TV. Editorial Department, BigXtra Product, Flight Solution Center, Meeting Point HR, FTI Product), additionally I could participate in a familiarization trip to Dubai, to work abroad within the MPI Group as a hotel representative and to work in different projects e.g. B2Run Can you share the most inspiring story during your time in the MP destination? I was really surprised that my colleagues in MP Egypt often offered their free time to make our guests stay great and memorable. Can you please share about your personal development during this time in the FTI group and work with different entities and departments? I learned a lot during my apprenticeship, for example basics like how to answer the telephone, working with excel to working in different reservation systems like I5 (FTI) or BLANK (BigXtra. I also learned and realized how many small steps are needed in the process of getting an offer for a certain hotel until selling the hotel either online, on tv, in the catalogue or with the help of travel agencies.

Sharing inspiring stories What are the key learning areas that you have developed through your apprenticeship program? How different each department is, but that they all build on each other and everything that each of them does is needed to build the puzzle. What are the key challenges that you have faced during your apprenticeship and how did you overcome these challenges? That every department is completely different and that every time I started working in a new department I needed to start from zero again. In one sentence how would you define your experience while working with MPI? It was a great experience for me to get an insight in the international recruiting process, to see the challenges in each destination and to see the development within the destination. I had the chance to get a small insight in all the different departments within the FTI Group (Sonnenklar.TV. editorial department, BigXtra Product, Flight Solution Center, Meeting Point HR, FTI Product), to participate in a familiarization trip as well.
