REGULATIONS The Hotel will not take any responsibility for lost properties or damages of any goods left out of the room safe. Besides, the hotel will be able to assist in the contracting of additional security services under request from the Client. Any contracting that involves electric power use, carriage of packages or any goods, technical staff support, special set ups or any services different to the contracted services must be previously requested by the Client and will be subject to authorization from the Hotel. The Client will be responsible for the additional costs resulting from such request It is forbidden to unload or store any material that has not been taken directly to the hired areas. The working of the Wifi system supplied by the Hotel to their clients is subject to the correct functioning of the communication lines used for such purpose, which are provided by third parties. Therefore, the Hotel is not liable for the full time working of the net transmission, and it is not responsible for potential damages that may occur as the effect of interferences, omissions, interruptions, viruses, telephone faults or disconnections in the operative functioning of the electronic system. The Hotel does not guarantee that the Wifi system is compatible with all the equipments. The hotel is not responsible for the inappropriate use of the Wifi system on the part of the clients. The taxes will be subject to modifications, without previous notice, on the part of the Administration, and in case of being superior, the Hotel will decide, upon its own discretion, to apply such increase to the agreed rates Any damage caused inside the premises of the Hotel will be charged to the Client´s invoice for the equivalent cost of its repairing or replacement. Force majeure: the terms of this agreement could be considered invalid on the part of the Hotel in case of force majeure, in case of changes in the legislation, natural catastrophes, fire, strikes, war, epidemics and other events occurred beyond the reasonable control of the hotel. In exception to the contract agreement, the Client could cancel the agreed reservation if, by consequence of an epidemiological infection of a contagious disease (except influenza or any other disease with a known authorised vaccine except for Covid-19)) and after the signature of this contract agreement, a competent public authority demands the close down of the hotel or bans the gathering of people in the same location the hotel is placed preventing their accommodation or the celebration of the event agreed during the contracted dates. The client won't be required to make any cancellation payment nor will any deposit be withheld under the cancellation terms expressed above when this cancellation has been notified to the hotel before the starting dates of the reservations or the event celebration agreed in the contract. A late notification will withdraw this agreement and its free cancelation benefits, applying in this case the original cancelation policy of the contract. In case of full cancelation, the Client will be requested to consider changing the dates or moving the reservation to any other hotel within the H10 Hotels group. Confidentiality: the conditions of this contract are confidential, therefore both parts are committed to not disclose them, assign or outsource the contracted services. Copyright: the Client authorizes the Hotel to use its name, images and logos for the Hotel´s promotion. The Client should ask for permission to use the name, images and logo of the Hotel; the use will be subject to the authorization from the hotel and under the Client´s responsibility and without damaging the chain or hotel´s image. Personal Data Protection: The Parties undertake to comply with the provisions of current data protection legislation and, in particular, with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and the safeguarding of digital rights, as well as with any implementing regulations thereof. The personal data of the employees or collaborators that each Party submits to the other will be used solely and exclusively for fulfilling the purposes of this contract during the validity period thereof. Once the contractual relationship is over, the data may only be kept and used to comply with legal requirements. Both parties are expressly prohibited from transferring the personal data obtained in accordance with the provisions of this section to third parties, unless said transfer is necessary for the performance of this contract or to comply with a legal requirement. Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection to automated individual decision-making before the other Party and may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency for any breach of data protection regulations attributable to the other party. If, in order to fulfil the stipulations of this contract, one of the Parties must access and process personal data for which the other Party is the controller, the Parties undertake to comply with the provisions of Article 28.3 of the GDPR by signing a data processing contract.

H10 Hotels Code of Ethics: All companies linked to the H10 HOTELS GROUP require their customers and suppliers to comply with the highest ethical and professional standards, both internally and externally, in their business and commercial relations. Consequently, the Client claims to be aware of the Code of Ethics published on the corporate website of the H10 HOTELS GROUP (www.h1 0hotels.com) and undertakes to comply with it and follow it during the performance of this contract, undertaking to inform its workers and dependents about it and ensuring that they comply with it and follow it. As a consequence of the health crisis caused by the Covid-19, the maximum capacities and capacities may be limited by the competent authorities. The specific limitations will be (if any) those that correspond on the dates of the event. Likewise, the Hotel may be forced to limit some of the services offered during the dates of the event. The Client agrees to comply with the social and hygienic distancing measures established by the Hotel in accordance with the indications of the competent authorities. Any discrepancy or disagreement of the interpretation of this contract will be processed only by the court of city where the hotel is located.
