Under Epstein's expert guidance, CA South Development has grown from designing predominantly home living spaces into a go-to developer of an array of residential, industrial, mixed-use, and office projects. She and her team are committed to a forward-thinking approach to life and work, making them one of the most innovative developers in the region. The firm's projects span the entire Nashville metropolitan area, stretching from Franklin to Hendersonville and beyond. Prior to establishing CA South Development, Epstein worked as a project manager and owner's representative for a roster of high-net-worth clients. She excelled in overseeing various high-end residential construction schemes. Additionally, she worked for several years as a dedicated building process consultant, helping private clients build their dream homes by putting together skilled teams and overseeing the construction process. Epstein built upon this experience by partnering with others and launching CA South Development.
