SURFACE DEVELOPMENT

1.1 Inital surface develpment of objects

In the first day of our class, we observed the manmade and natural object in campus. After taking the inspiration of object we developed surfaces to make prints. The inspiration is chappal, bicyclr and calligraphy brush.

1.2 Composition of Surfaces

After making the final inital surface of objects, we developed a composition and playing with space to developed prints.

1.3 Positive Surface composition

Positive space refers to the main focus of a object against background. It emphasizes the idea that the viewer constructs his or her own meaning from the image. It helps to understand the meaning creating forms.

1.4 Negative Surafce composition

Negative space refers to the background. Negative space is never blank. Negative space is more complex than simply the background of a picture. Without negative space, the positive would have no meaning.
