True fulfillment seems like a lofty— and perhaps unachievable—goal, but reaching it can be as simple as making every day a little bit happier. One small step, one day at a time is all you need.

For each of the next 31 days, I encourage you to weave one of these action steps into your day. The suggestions may seem small but they are powerful. Even if you boost your happiness by only one percent each day, that joy will grow exponentially over time. Very quickly, you’ll see how the smallest, simplest actions can truly change your life.

I believe in you and want to drive you to appreciate and explore your infinite

potential. It’s time to move forward, take action and discover how to be happy today—not tomorrow or next year, but today.

At the conclusion of the 31 days, take some time to reflect on how your life has changed. Which actions had the greatest impact on your happiness?

ONE SMALL STEP, ONE DAY AT A TIME IS ALL YOU NEED.

FF Spend time in nature. Drink in the beauty of the earth, the sights and sounds that surround you.
