hank you for considering the McNay Art Museum to host your special event. The Spanish Colonial Revival house was built in 1926 by Marion Koogler McNay, an oil heiress, artist, and collector who also had a taste for entertaining and celebrating in style. In 1950, Mrs. McNay generously left her residence, her art collection of 700 works, and an endowment to create the first museum of modern art in Texas.

Nestled atop 23 secluded acres, the McNay offers an intimate environment for weddings. A serene outdoor setting with hilltop views, the front lawn serves as the main ceremony location. Accommodating up to 300 guests, this site offers limitless possibilities for set-up and design.

space enclosed by the museum, you can share drinks and hors d’oeuvres with your guests as they enjoy the romantic courtyard setting.

W hen dinner is served, guests make their way inside from the patio into Leeper Auditorium, a 3,400 square-foot room with breathtaking hardwood floors and a vaulted ceiling.

P erfect for a creative vision, the blank canvas of the auditorium can
be transformed into any style imaginable. In Leeper, you can seat up to 250 guests with a dance floor.
