Sales management Plan

The MC and LC co-invest heavily on talent capacity development through RnR with the idea of incentivising our top performers in GIP to go to conferences/ AIESEC exchanges to increase their understanding of our organisation while keeping in mind the sustainability of the programme.

Talent Capacity and Development Analysis: Market Segmentation Analysis: Based on the type of companies activities are happening with in each state, we are able to better grasp the markets in which we should be targeting. As more information is tracked, we would be able to get more accurate market segment information.

LCs can see each other’s performance across the nation and can initiate pair up between teams who are performing better at different stages to learn from one another. Also, each member’s and team leader’s performance can be seen so that TM can point out and help facilitate more relevant trainings for the specific target audiences.

Sales Tour ‣ The sales tour are redesigned to also include the element of leadership development rather than just training on functional knowhow. The MCVP travelled to each state to understand the external environment better and support in terms of sales team management and leadership training on top of core functional trainings.

Overall, these activities proved successful with bigger GIP teams with better productivity as well as conversion rates. TMP/ TLP Experiences:

Functional Newsletter ‣ Functional newsletter focused on leadership development were also sent out each week to provide fresh perspectives of leading sales team or leading oneself in order to keep the activity consistent throughout the entire year.

Leadership Development Meetings to Raise: Front and Back Office Member Up-skilling ‣ The Summits are designed to educate and empower both the front office GIP members as well as the direct back office support from Finance, Marketing as well as Talent Management members in order to increase holistic operational knowledge to support GIP growth at a more effective and efficient rate.

National Collaboration and Information Sharing ‣ Summits are ran in multiple cities across Australia so that our members get to travel to different states each time and are encouraged to learn as well as share their knowledge and experiences with other members across Australia. This really helped create more awareness of how each member contributes to the GIP experience at the end of the day.
