Prawns Koliwada by Mejwani Recipes Cooking Time: 30 Minutes

 Ingredients

15 to 20 Prawns 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tbsp Rice Flour 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste 3 tbsp Gram Flour Oil Salt


Prawns Koliwada by Mejwani Recipes Recipe : Peel, de vein and wash thoroughly. Pat them dry.  Marinate with lemon juice, salt, red chili powder and ginger garlic

paste.  Cover and rest for 20 minutes.  Drain excess water before adding other ingredients.  Combine marinated prawns,gram flour,rice flour, red chili powder,

turmeric powder,ginger-garlic paste, and salt in a large bowl. Mix well.


Prawns Koliwada by Mejwani Recipes Heat the oil in pan.

 Once the oil is hot, slowly drop the prawns in oil.

 Deep fry until golden-brown.  Sprinkle chaat masala over them.  Prawns Koliwada ready to serve.  Serve hot with green chutney.
