Studying in first chance the parameters of confort (humidity, temperature and radiation), the air pollution related to CO, NO2, O3, PM2.5-PM.10 and Covid-19, and the different conditions and artifacts related to water in the city of Mendoza in Argentina, the result comes as a complex model with multiple layers that have the ability to function on their own but also in coordination with the others, creating then diverse projects that work together in order to answer to the different necessities of the city. After working on the inflection points and relations etablished in the model, the final projects compounds a University Campus with agricultural production and science investigation.
