Fibroids Diet- What You Must Include in It?

 The diet should be made up at least 50% in the form of raw foods. For women allergic to raw food, steamed or pressure cooked fruits and vegetables are recommended.

 At least one green vegetable must be included with each meal- these may be lettuce, broccoli, green beans, Brussels sprouts or spinach. Green vegetables contain nutrients which can protect us from developing fibroids

 As far as possible organically grown food must be consumed. Although a little expensive it can benefit women with fibroids immensely. This is because organic food is devoid of artificial pesticides, insecticides and additives

 Rather than having 3-4 heavy meals a day women with fibroids must switch over to 4-5 small meals consumed throughout the day.
